Wall Poster

INSTALLATION

Where should I put it?
First, pick a location where you can enjoy your Poster. A smooth, dry surface works best, such as walls, doors, or glass. Not recommended on painted cinder blocks.

Does it matter what kind of wall I put it on?
Yes, you  need a clean, smooth painted or finished wood (paneling) surface. It can be applied to wallpaper too! Just be sure you prepare your surface by removing as much lint and dust as possible.

Will my Wall poster damage my wall?
No. The patented low-tack adhesive will not leave a residue and will not peel off paint as long as your surface was painted correctly. It’s even safe for wallpaper provided that the wallpaper adheres properly to the wall.

How do I prepare the surface?
Use a warm, damp cloth or sponge to remove any debris from the surface you have chosen and let dry completely. (Do not use any household products; these may leave a residue on the surface and not allow the adhesive to work properly.)

How do I install it?
Wall Posters  are easy to install. One person can easily do it but 2 would be great. Start from the top, peel 2-3 inches away from the liner and apply by lightly pressing and smoothing, continue removing the liner in 2-4 inch increments, pressing and removing any bubbles. If a wrinkle appears, just stop and remove the media and start again. Wall Posters are tough.

What if my Wall Poster does not stick?
Remember, your Wall poster is an adhesive backed product; it will pick up pet hair, lint, dust, and dirt if you do not take precautions. Your Wall Poster can be moved from room to room. If it picks up debris, the adhesive will be less effective. If you feel you received a defective product please notify our customer service team at 330-372-2232,  sales@printersedge.com

What if my WallPoster wrinkles while installing?
Not a problem. Just lift your Wall Poster   the surface, removing the wrinkled area and re-apply taking extra precautions to remove the wrinkle. You can smooth out the wrinkles by gently moving the base of your hand over the area.

What if I see air bubbles after the install?
Just smooth them out by using the base of your hand.

Should I save the liner it comes on?
Yes. The tube and liner should be saved. They are essential in the event you should relocate or if for any reason need to return your Poster  It must be returned on the liner it came on.

What file formats do you accept?
Wall Poster  accepts any of the following file formats: JPG, EPS, PDF, TIFF, SVG and PSD

What are your minimum resolution requirements for an image to be printed?
Digital Camera images require a minimum resolution of 2048 x 1536. This resolution is available on any camera with a megapixel rating of 3 or more.

Simply set your image capture settings to the highest quality. Scanned images require a minimum resolution of 300 dip at 8” x 10”, while vector images are best submitted at 300 dpi.

How do I submit my images?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation that will include an email address that you will need to send your files to.

Please make sure that you include your ORDER NUMBER in the subject.

 

SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my Wall Posters
If it is in stock, you should receive your Wall Posters in 5-7 business days. If it is currently out of stock, you should receive your Wall posters  in 10-12 business days. We will ship UPS Ground to the continental United States. Delivery outside of the continental United States is available.

Does Printers Edge ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We recommend having it sent to a work address if possible.

 

RETURN POLICY

Normal Return
If your Poster  is in its original condition you can return it within 15 days of the delivery date to exchange it for another one or receive a refund (less shipping and handling fees).

Damaged Wall Poster
If your order was damaged in transit, please call our customer service team at 1-330-372-2232, or sales@printersedge.com

A.        Have your order number available.

B.        Speak to our customer service representative during normal business hours (8:00am – 4:30pm Monday thru Friday)

C.        A return authorization number will be issued.

D.        All returns must have a return authorization number.

E.       Place your Wall Poster into its original shipping tube, and mark the RA number.
